Kirby Health Care is a nurse practitioner owned, family practice clinic. Paulette Kirby will assist you and your family to identify and meet optimal health goals. As a certified nurse practitioner Paulette has acquired an expert knowledge base through clinical experience and additional, advanced education. Her focus is health maintenance, prevention of disease and illness, and education. She can diagnose illness, prescribe medications and develop treatment plans. She can refer to other health professionals to give you the best care. She can coordinate admission to the hospital if needed.

Clinic Guidelines
Where we are located: 811 Columbus St. is located off of Mt. Rushmore Rd.
Office hours: Monday-Wednesday & Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
When you arrive: You will find our office is a cozy house converted into a clinic.
Please take a seat in the waiting area. Paulette will be with you at
your scheduled appointment time.
If you are a new patient up to an hour is spent getting to know you and
your medical history.
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare. Please
provide co-payment the day of service. Check or cash only please.
It is helpful to know that the only provider is Paulette. There is no
nurse on staff.
Although we are not an after hours urgent care facility, every attempt
will be made to see someone with an acute illness.
